Use your coupon code to book a visit
If you have a coupon code to swap for an admission ticket, here is a handy guide on how to complete this process on our dedicated booking website page.
Scroll down to see the guide to redeeming your coupon on both a desktop screen, and (scroll down) also for when you are completing the process on a mobile phone screen (the layout will be different on each).
Please note. Each coupon code will need to be added, a date and time of visit selected and in the Shopping Basket, before you add another.
Step by step guide
1. Click here to open the Redeem a Coupon page
2. Click on the Woburn Safari Park logo below 'Coupon provider'
3. Click on the drop down list and select the coupon you have
4. Enter your coupon code. All 0's are a ZERO and if you have a dash (-) in your coupon code, you'll need to type that in too. Then click Continue.
5. Click on 'Select' to choose the admission ticket you'd like to redeem the coupon code for
6. Next choose your time and date of arrival when you select your ticket on the 'Sessions' page
(Please note. The 'Morning' button will change the view to all morning ticket time slots, 'Afternoon' will show afternoon ticket time slots if any. These are not Park opening times). Once selected, scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Continue'.
7. Your ticket has been added to the Shopping Basket.
If you have another coupon code click on 'Add Another Coupon?' (you will restart from step 2 above).
If not, then click on 'Proceed to Checkout'
8. The details of your order are shown on the next page, click on 'Pay Securely Now' (the coupon code is taken as the payment for the ticket).
9. Login or register in the next screen, so we have your contact details to confirm the booking.
10. Choose the delivery option shown on screen and click 'Pay Securely Now'
11. Check the details in the Payment screen, click to state you accept the 'Terms & Conditions' and click 'Continue' to complete your booking.
12. You will see a booking confirmation screen, showing your booking reference (starts with 'ZY'). You will receive a booking confirmation email to the address provided, with details on how to plan your best day at the park.
