Lockdown FAQ

 

The Park will reopen from the 3rd of December and we look forward to welcoming our visitors back to the park again.

 

 

If you have booked admission tickets for the 5-8th November, you can email us to request a refund via info@woburnsafari.co.uk or you can request to use them for an earlier (2nd to 4th November) or later date.

If you have a voucher that expires during the period of lockdown, you will still be able to use it. Please check with the team via email on info@woburnsafari.co.uk and we'll confirm the new expiry date of your voucher.

 

 

 

If you have a VIP Experience booked, then the dedicated team will be in touch with you as soon as possible to rearrange this with you. If you have any questions please email vip@woburnsafari.co.uk and please include a contact telephone number.

 

 

If you are an Annual Pass holder, you will be entitled to an extension to your pass, for any period of time the park is closed.

 

 

We are experiencing a far higher than normal amount of phone calls at the moment. To keep our staff safe we are also working on reduced staff numbers.
